Created a bottled cocktail production facility, developed and optimised cocktail recipes.

Developed the cocktail recipes according to Cookoo's style, vibe and aesthetics. Ensure preps, back of the house and mise en place was created correctly, and train staff to deliver exceptional cocktails.

Lost + Found Drinkery, has won multiple awards and accolades, from being voted numerous times in the Worlds'50 Best Bars, to being top4 for best international bar team and best international cocktail bar at Tales of the cocktail.

Build the bar program according to restaurant's needs. Created culinary forward cocktails that would be paired with the food offerings.
