Privacy notice · Prompt Book
Your details, plainly.
This covers the download form for The Bartender’s AI Prompt Book. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
Who is responsible
Andreas Sanidiotis, trading as Drinks by Neat. Contact: sani@drinksbyneat.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, position, bar/venue/company, and city.
- Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Where you came from (for example
berlin-seminar, if you used that link). - Your consent choices, each with the date and time you gave it, plus the page and browser type you submitted from.
Why
- To send you the book — on screen and by email — and keep a record of that request. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the required checkbox.
- To send occasional Drinks by Neat emails (new guides, prompts, events) — only if you ticked the optional box. Legal basis: your consent.
We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
Who stores it
Your details are saved to a private Google Sheet in Drinks by Neat’s Google Workspace account, and the book is emailed from that account’s Gmail. Google acts as our processor and may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Only Andreas has access. The site itself is hosted on GitHub Pages and counts visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies — see the site-wide privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. If you didn’t opt in to emails, we delete your record within 24 months of your download.
Deleting your details
Email sani@drinksbyneat.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you signed up with. We’ll erase your record and confirm within 30 days — usually much sooner. To stop marketing emails only, reply “unsubscribe” to any of them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time; that doesn’t affect anything we did before. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Berlin, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
